Description Swiss model 1918 dagger bayonet (dolchbajonett) attaches to your Swiss Schmidt Rubin K11 or K31 rifle. This bayonet is in near excellent condition and was manufactured by Elsener Schwyz which is now the famous Victorinox that manufactures Swiss Army Knives. Number pieces in packaging:1. An all original, sawback bayonet, for the 1911 Swiss Schmidt-Rubin carbine. The right side ricasso, of this sabre type bayonet, is stamped ”Elsener Schwyz”. There is a small Swiss cross stamped in the underside of the cross guard, with the serial number stamped in the left side edge. The grips scales are wood.

    Original Belgian World War One bayonet for use with the 7.65mm Model 1899 Mauser rifle and carbine. Slender double edge bayonet is uniquely Belgian. Manufactured from 1916 to 1924 at Manufacture D'Armes de le Etat (State Arms Manufacturer) Liege and marked with an 'L' inside a square at the pommel. Muzzle ring is the larger 17.5mm diameter for the early Mauser rifle and carbine. Will not fit the later 1924, 24/30 and 1930 rifles and carbines. Blade is 448mm, overall 569mm with double sided blade. Very good condition including original steel scabbard. An uncommon bayonet.

  18. BA1475British No. 8 Bayonet RARE

    The No. 8 bayonet looks very much like the No. 5 bayonet with the knife like blade of that era but the muzzle ring diameter is 14.8mm as opposed to 22.6mm on the No. 5. It was developed for the 7.92 SLEM (Self Loading Experimental Model) rifle but was never adopted and is classed as a trials bayonet. This specimen has a P for Poole maker marked in the ricasso and dated 1946. It has seen considerable use/abuse and the tip is broken as shown in photo. Nevertheless, it is a rare bayonet by its mere existence.
