This repack is NOT backwards compatible with previous AoE2DE repack.
BTW, the game works under Windows 7, but is freaking memory hungry. Eats around 5-6 GB of RAM w/o Ultra textures and >10 GB with Ultra textures on a freshly created game map. So if you experience crashes, you should buy more RAM or increase page file at least.
